Payment/Cancellation policy

G.A.L. mostly operates a scheduled delivery system. In order for us to maintain a certain level of service to all of our customers, we have implemented a cancellation and payment policy.

  • All orders must be paid in full, at time of booking, to reserve a specific time spot
  • Payment can be made by visa, mastercard, cash, draft or certified cheque (payable to G.A.L. Concrete Couriers & Sons Inc.)
  • Proper notice is required for any amendments to, or cancellations of orders
  • 48 hour notice is required for cancellation
  • A 10% cancellation fee may apply to customers who do not provide us with adequate cancellation notice
  • For non-account holders, refunds will not be issued on orders cancelled less than 4 hours before time of order
  • Consideration will be given for cancellations/amendments due to weather
  • Cancellations or amendments must be made by phoning our main dispatch office at 403-273-1766 (Do not leave a voicemail, please call back until you verbally speak to someone)
